Anger Management

A 10 session course to begin freedom from destructive anger. Our goal is to provide the best in treatment of anger issues. This group experience is designed to help the members learn how to identify the what and why of destructive anger and to explore how to manage anger in healthy and appropriate ways. New research and materials continue to arise, making this a current and active learning experience!
